Erkan is looking for: An Apartment / Rental Property in Enschede

We are a quiet, responsible and financially secure family looking for a long-term apartment in or near Enschede.

My daughter will begin studying Finance & Control – International Finance & Accounting at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in September 2026. She will live in the apartment together with her mother, and both will register at the address. I am her father and may occasionally stay for short family visits, but I will not be a permanent resident.

We are currently living in Sofia, Bulgaria, and are looking for a private, self-contained apartment rather than shared accommodation. We take good care of the property, respect neighbours and do not smoke.

We have one calm, well-behaved indoor cat. We accept full responsibility for any damage caused by the cat and are willing to discuss reasonable additional assurances with the landlord.

We are looking for a stable, long-term tenancy. I will financially support the rental and can provide bank statements, proof of sufficient financial resources and any other documents required. If preferred, we may also be able to pay several months’ rent in advance.

We are reliable, respectful tenants and would be happy to provide further information or attend a viewing.
