Hello, landlords!
We are a young couple starting a new life in the Netherlands.
One of us will work full-time, while the other will soon enroll to Utwente.
We are looking for a studio apartment suitable for a couple.
The unit must include a private kitchen and a private bathroom.
A furnished apartment would be ideal.
Since we will be moving to the Netherlands for the first time and without a prior job offer, we are willing to pay a couple months' rent in advance + security deposit.
