Jan zoekt: Een Appartement / Huurwoning / Studio / Kamer in Enschede

My name is Jan Adolphs, I am 23 years old and currently studying Business Information Systems at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany. I would like to rent a student accommodation from 1st of September to 31st January, and I am interested in the accommodation you have to offer.
For my upcoming exchange semester, I would like to apply for your accommodation in one of the University of Twente's student residences and writing to enquire about availability. I believe that living in student accommodation will greatly enhance my overall experience at the University of Twente and help me to develop more intercultural friendships. Most of the courses I will be taking are offered to students of the Information Technology program, which is similar to my program in Germany.
I am a dedicated student with a strong academic record, eager to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of Business Informatics. In addition to my studies, I am currently employed as a working student at PwC in SAP consulting. This role has provided me with valuable work experience and a practical understanding of my field.
Outside of my academic and professional activities, I have a great passion for sport. I am an active member of a football club and I enjoy playing various other sports such as tennis, paddle tennis, and running. Further, I have a keen interest in basketball and American football. Taking part in these activities not only helps me to keep fit but also allows me to socialize with others who share similar interests. However, I am also open to all other sports.
I am a friendly and easy going individual who values the importance of community and social interaction. Moreover, I am confident in my ability to fit into a group and contribute to a positive living environment. I enjoy getting out with friends, especially for meals or weekend activities, and believe in a balanced approach to life that combines structure with spontaneity. My sense of humour and love of laughter help me to create a happy atmosphere wherever I go.
